At designyourinteriors.com some of the furniture are A-T-O ( assemble to order) and / Or M-D-O (made-to-order) and tailored specifically to meet your requirements. Therefore, we do not offer returns or refunds on custom/ Bespoke products.

However, we take full responsibility for:

 1. Damages During Delivery:

•   If your furniture arrives damaged, please notify us immediately upon delivery.

•  We will assess the damage and arrange for repairs or replacement at no additional cost.
