Terms
1. Payment Terms:
a) Any Order above 20,000 PKR required minimum 50% advance payment, in case order is above 100,000 PKR minimum 90% payment required.
2. Order Confirmation:
a) Orders are confirmed once payment is received as per policy. For custom and
bespoke orders, detailed specifications must be finalized before production. 3. Product Variations:
b) As each item is handcrafted, slight variations in design, color, or texture may occur. These variations are part of the uniqueness of our products.
4. Cancellations:
c) Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of Order confirmation as per policy. After this period, cancellations will not be entertained as production begins immediately.
5. Payment Policy:
d) Payment can be made through the methods displayed during checkout. Partial or full advance payments may be required as per payment terms. 6. Liability:
e) Designyourinterior.com is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or logistics issues.
7. Customer Responsibilities:
f) Customers are responsible for ensuring the accessibility of the delivery location, including providing accurate addresses and contact details. Customer also have to make sure equally for customs and Bespoke furniture orders to align and lock product specifications ( color, sizes and design etc) with DYI sales representative.
8. Disputes:
a) Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved under the laws of Pakistan.
