Thank you for shopping with designyourinterior.com ! We aim to provide a seamless delivery experience for all our customers. Please read the following shipping policy carefully:

1. Delivery Areas:
a) We currently deliver in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, for other cities plz contact us on WhatsApp / email for more details.

2. Delivery Timeframe: 

a)  Catalogue furniture: 10-15 days ( Products from website as is)

b)  Custom furniture: 15-20 days (Products from website but customised)

c)  Bespoke furniture: 20-28 days ( Products shared by customers not part of website)

Timelines vary depending on the nature of your order, product design and delivery address location.

Exact delivery timelines will be communicated during the order confirmation process. In case of early delivery share your requirements.

3. Shipping Charges:

a) Shipping costs vary depending on the location and size of your order. These charges will be calculated and shared during checkout ( keep the range in mind from 1,000/- up to 3,500/- PKR for RWP/ISB only)

4. Order Tracking:
a) Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or

WhatsApp for your convenience.

5. Damage During Delivery:

a) In the unlikely event of damage during delivery, please inspect your furniture upon arrival. If you find any damage, notify us immediately upon delivery. Our team will arrange for repair or replacement as required.
